SEMI CONDUCTIVE CONCENTRATE
INTERACT 21-0289
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Interact 21-0289 contains an extremely efficient conductive black. This black produces a conductive network in thermoplastics at a much reduced concentration in comparison to more traditional blacks. Unlike the traditional blacks which lose their conductivity when multiple passed through the extruder, this new system resists such loss allowing for the use of high percentages of regrind in the finished product. This product is available as both a pellet for extrusion and injection or blow molding and as a powder for rotational molding.
CARRIER RESIN:
Proprietary olefin designed to easily disperse in both injection molding and extrusion grade polyethylene, and polypropylene resins or available in powder blends for rotational molding.
APPEARANCE: Black pellets or powder

SPECIFICATIONS: Nominal 1/8" x 1/8" cylindrical or spherical
LET DOWN RATIO:
28% INTERACT 21-0289 in polypropylene copolymer for sheet extrusion will produce a sheet with surface resistivity of 104 Ohms/sq. 45% INTERACT 21-0289 in fractional melt HDPE for sheet extrusion with a surface resistivity of 105 Ohms/sq. The concentrate in your specific resin carrier processed in your own equipment may vary. We recommend 28% as a starting point for polypropylene and 45% for HDPE to determine the proper formulation for your product.
PACKAGING:
Gaylord boxes lined with polyethylene. Other packaging is available at a slight additional charge.
