PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A stabilized impact modified concentrate for use in polypropylene. Interact 91-0477 will not only stabilize the recycled polypropylene it will also increase the impact strength without effecting other physical properties. The concentrate system is specifically designed to improve the shearing and punching properties of polypropylene sheet. A 0.090" thick sheet was produced with a 10% loading and was sheared across the machine direction with a clean cut and no sign of splits or chatter marks.

CARRIER RESIN: Polypropylene base with a hinder phenolic antioxidant designed for recycled polypropylene.

COLOR: Natural/Creamy White

LET DOWN RATIO: Dependant upon specific application. 10% is recommended as a starting point. Specific products may require more or less concentrate depending on finished product requirements.

PACKAGING: Gaylord boxes lined with polyethylene. Other packaging is available at a slight additional charge.
